The City of Oakland’s Economic and Workforce Development Department (EWDD) is excited to announce a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Administration and Implementation of the Facade & Tenant Improvement Program (FTIP). FTIP provides grants to small business owners and property owners to improve their commercial properties, enhancing and revitalizing the commercial corridors within our vibrant city.
