The California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce (CHCC) requests proposals for magazine printing services for its 47th Annual Statewide Convention, which will be held August 19-21, 2026, in Oakland, CA.

Services Required

Services will cover thefollowing specifications (CHCC will provide/execute layouts and design):

  • Convention Resource Magazine
  • 8.5” x 11”, approx. 40 pages Full
  • Color, saddle stitch, includes ads and editorial material.
  • Quantity: 700

  • Must arrive at the Oakland Marriott City Center, Oakland, CA by Monday, August 17, 2026

Please submit a proposal with the following information:

  • Pricing.
  • Samples (Photos) of previous like work.
  • CHCC RFP – Printing- Conv. Magazine (1-25-2026)
  • Include all related costs (shipping, set-up costs, etc).
  • Any references to similar work.
  • Previous experience fulfilling corporate event orders.
  • The ability of the vendor to provide a high level of service.
  • Incomplete and/or late responses will not be considered.

  1. Proposals submitted by minority-owned or small business entities are preferred (but not a
    requirement).
  2. The vendor should be a member of a chamber of commerce that is a Certified or Affiliate
    member of the CHCC.

  1. The CHCC reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals and further negotiate with one or more vendors. The award will solely be based on the best interests of the CHCC.
  2. The vendor will clearly state any exceptions, noncompliance, conflicts of interest, or variations from previous specifications.
  3. The vendor is responsible for any permits, insurance, licenses, taxes, and fees required for their part of the event.
  4. The CHCC is not responsible for any costs incurred in preparing the proposal.
  5. “Customer Acceptance” shall consist of a subsequent signed document establishing the agreement of the CHCC and the vendor.
  6. The CHCC may require a Certificate of Insurance for the CHCC and/or event venue (TBD).

The CHCC’s Annual Statewide Convention brings together over 1,250 executives, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, diverse chamber and business leaders, community leaders, and elected officials. It is the largest gathering of Hispanic and diverse small businesses and community leaders in the Western Region.
