The OLCC Kaiser Permanente Scholarship Grant Program is a structured initiative designed to reach the newest Latino-Owned Businesses throughout the City of Oakland. The Oakland Latino Chamber is dedicated to supporting local entrepreneurs within a variety of industries including Food & Beverage, Retail and more. From the historic Fruitvale District to Downtown Oakland, the program provides non-repayable funding to help new companies launch, scale and increase social equity for a stronger local economy.
In 2025, Oakland Latino Chamber (OLCC) received $400,000 to help the Oakland Latino-Owned Small Business Community. Inquire about an OLCC $500 Scholarship Grant today. The scholarship grant provides access to technical assistance, training and networking opportunities, subsidized membership fees and sales and marketing opportunities.

About The Oakland Small Business Resiliency Fund
In 2024, Kaiser Permanente donated $15 million in grants to 11 organizations in Oakland to strengthen small businesses and help stimulate economic recovery after the Covid Pandemic. The grants are issued over three years and accessible through low-interest loans, grants, technical assistance, training, and networking opportunities.
