Creating a Path to Success (CAPS)

The CHCC Foundation has officially released its 2027 CAPS application. Please share it with your network and/or any college students who would be interested in participating. All expenses are covered by the CHCC Foundation, and the cohort will get to present their capstone project at our 2027 Annual Convention. Thank you for sharing and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.    

On behalf of the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce Foundation (CHCCF) Board of Directors you are cordially invited to apply to our 2027 Creating a Path to Success (CAPS) Program. CAPS is a leadership and professional development program designed to empower students and emerging professionals with the skills, knowledge, and training needed to become successful civic, business, and chamber leaders. Since 2004, more than 400 young professionals have successfully graduated from the program. 

As a Creating a Path to Success (CAPS) Scholar, you’ll step outside the classroom and into spaces where California’s business, civic, and community leaders come together. You’ll develop professionally, expand your network, build meaningful relationships, and gain experiences designed to prepare you for what comes next.

What You’ll Experience

  • Grow – Develop your leadership, public speaking, financial literacy, and professional skills.
  • Connect – Build relationships with fellow scholars, mentors, business professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
  • Experience – Attend professional development sessions and major CHCC events, including the Policy Summit in Sacramento and Annual Statewide Convention.
  • Lead – Build the confidence, knowledge, and network to make an impact in your career and community.
