The California Employment Training Panel (ETP) provides funding for employer-driven training that can help businesses upskill current employees, train new hires, improve retention, and create pathways for worker advancement.

Join us for a free virtual CA ETP Employer Workshop to learn more about ETP’s mission, how the funding works, and how Bay Area manufacturers can access these resources to support their workforce development goals.

Over the past 40 years, ETP has invested more than $2 billion to strengthen California’s workforce, supported approximately 100,000 businesses, and provided training for about 1.6 million workers.
